Refund Policy

At TVC Techno Service, we aim to provide transparent and customer-friendly service experiences. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued for our washing machine repair services in Hyderabad, Telangana.

1. Inspection Charges

  • Inspection/visiting charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • These charges apply even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

2. Repair Service Charges

  • Repair charges are refundable only if the service was not performed due to our inability to complete the job.
  • If the repair work has been completed, no refund will be provided.
  • Any service dissatisfaction should be reported within 24–48 hrs for review.

3. Spare Parts Refund

  • Refund for spare parts is allowed only if:
    • The part was not installed.
    • The part is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • Once the spare part is installed, the amount becomes non-refundable.
  • Refunds for defective parts will follow the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.

4. Warranty-Based Refunds

If an issue reoccurs within the warranty period:

  • Our team will inspect the machine again at no extra cost.
  • If repair is not possible, replacement of the part (if under warranty) will be done.
  • A refund is provided only if both repair and replacement are not feasible.

5. Cancellation Refunds

  • If the customer cancels the service before the technician is dispatched, a full refund (if prepaid) may be issued.
  • If the technician has already traveled or reached the location, inspection charges are deducted.

6. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed through UPI, bank transfer, or original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on the bank/payment gateway.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Machine issues caused by misuse, water damage, or voltage fluctuations.
  • Problems occurring due to third-party repairs after our service.
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability or lack of access.
  • Service charges for completed work.
