2. Appointment & Booking

  • All service bookings must be made through our website, phone, or official communication channels.
  • Appointment timings are subject to technician availability.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Inspection Charges

  • Inspection or visiting charges apply for all service calls.
  • If the customer declines the repair after diagnosis, inspection charges will still be applicable.
  • Inspection charges may vary based on location and machine type.

4. Repair Charges & Estimates

  • All repair charges will be communicated before starting the work.
  • Estimates are based on the initial problem diagnosis.
  • Additional issues discovered during repair may lead to revised estimates.
  • Spare parts, if required, will be charged separately.

5. Parts & Warranty

  • We use genuine or high-quality replacement parts.
  • Warranty applies only to the specific part repaired or replaced, not the entire machine.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical impact, voltage fluctuations, water damage, or repairs done by third parties after our service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must provide safe access to the washing machine for inspection and repair.
  • The machine should be installed in a suitable environment (stable floor, proper power supply, proper water connection).
  • Customers must ensure there is no electrical or plumbing hazard at the service location.

7. Payments

  • Payment must be made after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
  • Non-payment of service charges may result in legal action if required.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damages in the washing machine.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper usage, lack of maintenance, or third-party repairs.
  • While we ensure safe handling, we are not responsible for issues caused by unavoidable electrical fluctuations or aging machine parts.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us in advance.
  • Inspection charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for parts or repairs are processed only if approved under warranty terms.
